چکیده

Stochastic adaptive dynamics require analytical methods and solution concepts that differ in important ways from those used to study deterministic processes. Consider, for example, the notion of asymptotic stability: in a deterministic dynamical system, a state is locally asymptotically stable if all sufficiently small deviations from the original state are self‐correcting. We can think of this as a first step toward analyzing the effect of stochastic shocks, namely, a state is locally asymptotically stable if, after the impact of a one‐ time, small stochastic shock, the process evolves back to its original state. This idea is not very satisfactory, however, because it treats shocks as if they were isolated events. Economic systems are typically composed of large numbers of interacting agents who are constantly being jostled about by perturbations from a variety of sources. Persistent shocks have substantially different effects than do one‐time shocks; in particular, persistent shocks can accumulate and tip the process out of the basin of attraction of an asymptotically stable state. Thus, in a stochastic setting, conventional notions of dynamic stability – including evolutionarily stable strategies – are often inadequate to characterize the long‐run behavior of the process. Here we shall outline an alternative approach that is based on the theory of large

Proposing A stochastic model for spread of corona virus dynamics in Nigeria

The emergence of corona virus (COVID-19) has create a great public concern as the outbreak is still ongoing and government are taking actions such as holiday extension, travel restriction, temporary closure of public work place, borders, schools, quarantine/isolation, social distancing and so on. To mitigate the spread, we proposed and analyzed a stochastic model for the continue spread of coro...

Adaptive Output Feedback Control for a Class of Stochastic Nonlinear Systems with SiISS Inverse Dynamics

The adaptive stabilization scheme based on tuning function for stochastic nonlinear systems with stochastic integral input-to-state stability SiISS inverse dynamics is investigated. By combining the stochastic LaSalle theorem and small-gain type conditions on SiISS, an adaptive output feedback controller is constructively designed. It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded almost...

Stochastic functional population dynamics with jumps

In this paper we use a class of stochastic functional Kolmogorov-type model with jumps to describe the evolutions of population dynamics. By constructing a special Lyapunov function, we show that the stochastic functional differential equation associated with our model admits a unique global solution in the positive orthant, and, by the exponential martingale inequality with jumps, we dis...

Optimal adaptive leader-follower consensus of linear multi-agent systems: Known and unknown dynamics

In this paper, the optimal adaptive leader-follower consensus of linear continuous time multi-agent systems is considered. The error dynamics of each player depends on its neighbors’ information. Detailed analysis of online optimal leader-follower consensus under known and unknown dynamics is presented. The introduced reinforcement learning-based algorithms learn online the approximate solution...

Considering Stochastic and Combinatorial Optimization

Here, issues connected with characteristic stochastic practices are considered. In the first part, the plausibility of covering the arrangements of an improvement issue on subjective subgraphs is studied. The impulse for this strategy is a state where an advancement issue must be settled as often as possible for discretionary illustrations. Then, a preprocessing stage is considered that would q...

Adaptive neural network control of bilateral teleoperation with unsymmetrical stochastic delays and unmodeled dynamics

In this paper, adaptive NN control is proposed for bilateral teleoperation system with dynamic uncertainties, unknown external disturbances, and unsymmetrical stochastic delays in communication channel to achieve transparency and robust stability. Compared with previous passivity-based teleoperation framework, the communication delays are unsymmetrical and stochastic. By partial feedback linear...
